We had a very modest beginning by starting from Ludhiana in 1997. Today we have over 40 yog centres spread around the globe. Every morning people come in the classes and learn the yogic way of living. Those who have a penchant for selfless service are encouraged to become teachers of yog so that we are able to spread this art to other territories.

Ours is a truly a non profit organisation. We don't charge any fee for the training. We are receptive to new ideas. In our programmes we try to associate Medicos, Ayurveda practitioners, Naturopaths and above all Yogi Mahatmas so that the learner gets a deep insight. "

About The Founder Team At The Forefront

The founder team of the volunteers with the clear vision of working for the upliftment of the society has a practical experience of around 20 years with them. Dedicated to the core they are always on their toes meeting people, visiting different territories and interacting with across section of the society around them. In the long stint as students of yog, they have met in person hundreds of people of many races and answered several queries. They have come a cross psychological and health problems of a wide variety and are deeply convinced that yog can meet the varied demands of psychical and physical life in a decidedly effective manner.
