| "The mission at Vishav Yog Sansthan is how more and more people
can be attracted towards yog so that such a society is created
where people are physically and mentally fit.
We had a very modest beginning by starting from Ludhiana in 1997. Today we have
over 40 yog centres spread around the globe. Every morning people come in the classes and learn the yogic way of living. Those who have a penchant for selfless service are encouraged to become teachers of yog so that we are able to spread this art to other territories.
Ours is a truly a non profit organisation. We don't charge any fee for the training. We are receptive to new ideas. In our programmes we try to associate Medicos, Ayurveda practitioners, Naturopaths and above all Yogi Mahatmas so that the learner gets a deep insight.

| Yog is like an unfathomed ocean. Perhaps it is difficult to
define its vastness. This subject is such that there can be no
finality in its treatment as it ever reveals new meanings. A humble
effort has been made here to describe the essence and vitality
of yog in a nutshell. However if you need any more information
or have any specific query we shell be pleased to revert to you.
You may also contact our volunteers at the following classes where
we meet in the wee hours each daily and practice Asans, breathing
techniques, purification of body system and praising / thanking
the almighty for the day. |
