can be attracted towards yog so that such a society is created
where people are physically and mentally fit.
We had a very modest beginning by starting from Ludhiana in 1997. Today we have
over 40 yog centres spread around the globe. Every morning people come in the classes and learn the yogic way of living. Those who have a penchant for selfless service are encouraged to become teachers of yog so that we are able to spread this art to other territories.
Ours is a truly a non profit organisation. We don't charge any fee for the training. We are receptive to new ideas. In our programmes we try to associate Medicos, Ayurveda practitioners, Naturopaths and above all Yogi Mahatmas so that the learner gets a deep insight.
